How to pick a right reward for your customer?

How to Pick a Right Reward for Your Customer?
There’s no question about the significance of implementing a loyalty program to increase customer loyalty and build and maintain relationships with esteemed customers. But once you implement it, you have to decide what type of rewards you will give your customers. Here’s how to pick the right loyalty and rewards program gift for your customers.

1. Give discounts for high-spending clients
Give price reductions to clients once they hit a particular spending target. For example, give your high-spending clients a 10% discount during their next purchase when they buy goods worth $100. Limited time offers help encourage immediate purchases, but ensure you clarify the terms.

2. Establish a loyalty card program
If you deal with high-volume or low-volume items, such as hot drinks, give your customers a card that gets stamped when they make a purchase. Once the clients hit the target, they receive a free gift. If you sell a wide variety of goods, a plastic swipe card is in order as it will enable your clients to accumulate points that translate into discounts and other benefits.

3. Give free good to customers who make several purchases
Buy one get one free is of the most effective strategies of encouraging repeat sales. However, don’t overuse this technique because customers may start questioning the value and quality of your products.

4. Reward referrals and introductions
Give your clients a reason to market your brand by giving them discounts or free items in return for each new client they refer or introduce to your brand.

5. Deliver added value
You’re not the only one in need of consumers’ attention – your competitors are as well. Everyone is working to show your clients that they can best meet their needs. So, how do you stand out? Surpass their expectations. You can achieve this by establishing a relationship with your clients that goes beyond the moment of purchase. One way to deliver added value is to host events or contests your customers are interested in, such as a sporting event. This way, you’ll demonstrate that you’re invested in your clients’ lifestyle, not only their money.

6. Partner programs
Looking externally at a brand you can potentially partner with is a great way to reward your customers. By combining your resources, you can come up with a loyalty and rewards program, or else an offer that benefits you, your partner, and the shared clients.

While a loyalty and rewards program gift cannot solve all your customers’ problems, it’s an incredible and interactive way to thank your customers and welcome them back. Once your clients trust you, they’ll be looking for a chance to get rewarded for doing business with you. After all, they deserve the special treatment for remaining loyal to your brand.
